

Inn Policies
- Payment for rooms may be made with cash, traveler's checks, or personal check.
- A deposit equal to the first night's stay is requested within one week of making a reservation. Our acceptance of your reservation is made with the understanding that you are responsible for the entire booking as you have reserved.
- Confirmation and detailed directions are sent upon receipt of deposit.
- Deposits are refundable minus a $15 service charge per room if cancellations are made 10 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 10 days from arrival date will be billed the full amount if we are unable to rebook the room.
- We are a non-smoking inn; for everyone's comfort smoking is limited to the deck and grounds.
- Children are welcome by special arrangement.
- We cannot accept pets.
- Check-in is 3:00- 7:00 pm (later by special arrangement).
- Checkout is by 11:00 am.
- All rates include a full breakfast served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Ohio sales tax of 6.5% is added to the room rate.
- Special requests (dietary, flowers, champagne/wine, and/or a box of candy) are welcome.
